We ship worldwide! We cannot expedited international shipping or speed up the transit time/customs clearance process. We do not guarantee actual delivery dates. To find out the shipping fee, please find the corresponding value in the table below.

  • LEAD TIME: orders ship within 1-3 business days of purchase
  • DELIVERY TIME: 10-15 business days
  • SHIPPING RATES : starts with 9.00 USD 
📍  For orders from EUROPEAN UNION:
  • LEAD TIME: orders ship within 1-3 business days of purchase
  • DELIVERY TIME: 15-21 business days (Standard shipping), 3-5 business days (Express shipping)

We use the most convenient and reliable delivery method. ALL Orders for our buyers will be shipped from Ukraine with UPS, USPS or FedEx post service.

We offer domestic and international tracking.

We do not want to loose any orders. And we will assist you with the information all the way untill you receive the package.Once your order enters your country your order will be handed off to your local post office for final delivery.

 Returns, exchanges & replacements

We hope you absolutely love every single keepsake we send you.  But sometimes life happens and plans change, we get it.

✅ RETURNS & EXCHANGES: We accept returns and exchanges on items that are not personalized, not custom made, and not on clearance within 30 days of your receipt of the package.  Items must be in new condition and original packaging. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs plus any shipping costs required to send an item for exchange.

❌ We do NOT accept returns or exchanges on personalized, custom made, or clearance items. 

🔁 REPLACEMENTS:  If we made a personalization error on your order that was our fault, we'll happily replace the personalized item for you.  We do not replace items that were incorrectly printed due to buyer error.
