Due to the situation in Ukraine, all of your orders are now shipped from the warehouse in the USA.
All orders ship within 1-7 business days of purchase.
Here’s a table that’ll help you with your jigsaw puzzles order. Shipping rates for other items will be calculated at the checkout.

We use the most convenient and reliable delivery method. ALL Orders for our buyers will be shipped from Ukraine with USPS or FedEx post service.
Returns, exchanges & replacements
We hope you absolutely love every single keepsake we send you. But sometimes life happens and plans change, we get it.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept returns and exchanges on items that are not personalized, not custom-made, and not on clearance within 30 days of your receipt of the package. Items must be in new condition and in original packaging. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs plus any shipping costs required to send an item for exchange.
-We do NOT accept returns or exchanges on personalized, custom-made, or clearance items.
REPLACEMENTS:
If we made a personalization error on your order that was our fault, we'll happily replace the personalized item for you. We do not replace items that were incorrectly printed due to buyer error.
